I don't know and I just thanked him and told him that I'd rather say something before leaving, because if I post a review, management may ask why I didn't. I only reported it to Nathan (again, coincidentally) late in the afternoon as I returned and he apologized and informed me to let me know if there's anything he could do. Didn't bother me much since there are other towels to use - 2nd night, as I didn't get housekeeping when I left in the morning, I got out of the shower and wrapped the robe only to discover it was USED when I glanced down to tie the belt! There's makeup by the chest area! GROSS and made me doubt the cleanliness of housekeeping - I didn't complain the next morning since I am afraid of retaliation if I report it. I would've given 4 stars BUT upon getting to my room - hanging towel by the shower door on 1st night has hair on it. Nathan at the front desk informed me that the pool is closed for a whole week, apologized for the inconvenience and added a $20 free play credit on my player's card. ROOM - Upon check-in, I asked about the pool as I packed my swimsuit. On my 3rd & last night as I'm writing my review.
